About Us at Davids Restaurant Carlisle
Davids was established in March 2000 by David Wilson and David Humpston, after running a successful cafe/bistro for 10 years they decided to move on to fine dining.
In 2002 they recruited Chris Austin as Head Chef and along with David & Davids knowledge and experience in the dining industry, coupled with Chrisí drive and passion, the restaurant thrived.
After 10 years both Davids were looking to retire and Chris and his wife Emily took over the restaurant in August 2010. We continue to achieve the levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of quality ingredients from local suppliers.
